This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to eligible courses, workshops and training programmes purchased directly from AIWorkVerse, a trading name of AIWorkVerse Limited.

Nothing in this policy affects any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer law.

1. Cancellation 7 or More Days Before a Course

If you cancel your booking 7 calendar days or more before the scheduled start date, you will normally be eligible for a refund of:

80% of the amount actually paid.

The remaining 20% is retained towards administration and booking-related costs.

Where applicable law gives you a greater right to cancel or receive a refund, your statutory rights will take precedence.

2. Cancellation Less Than 7 Days Before a Course

If you cancel less than 7 calendar days before the scheduled start date, no cash refund will normally be provided.

Instead, you may request a one-time transfer to the next available date for the same course or an equivalent programme, subject to availability.

The transfer request must be made before the original course begins.

Only one transfer is permitted per booking unless AIWorkVerse agrees otherwise.

3. Non-Attendance

If you do not attend a booked course or workshop and do not contact us before the course starts:

  • no refund will normally be provided; and
  • any transfer to another session will be at AIWorkVerse’s discretion.

4. Changing the Participant

Where appropriate, you may request that another eligible participant attends in your place.

Please contact us before the course begins.

Participant substitutions are subject to course eligibility requirements and any applicable third-party restrictions.

5. Cancellation by AIWorkVerse

If AIWorkVerse cancels a course or workshop, you will normally be offered the choice of:

A full refund of the amount paid; or

A transfer or 100% credit towards another suitable AIWorkVerse course or workshop.

No cancellation charge will apply where AIWorkVerse cancels the programme.

6. Rescheduling by AIWorkVerse

If AIWorkVerse materially changes the date of a booked course and you are unable to attend the new date, you may choose to:

  • transfer to another available session; or
  • request a refund of the amount paid for that course.

7. Promotional and Discounted Bookings

Any refund will be calculated using the amount actually paid, not the original or list price.

For example, if a course is advertised at £399 but you purchase it for £199 during an early-bird promotion, any percentage-based refund will be calculated using £199.

8. Corporate and Private Training

Corporate training, private workshops, group bookings and other business engagements may be subject to separate cancellation terms agreed in a quotation, order form, proposal, statement of work or contract.

Where separate written terms have been agreed, those terms will apply instead of this policy.

9. Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that exceptional circumstances may sometimes prevent attendance.

Where appropriate, AIWorkVerse may consider requests relating to serious illness, bereavement or other significant unforeseen circumstances on a case-by-case basis.

We may offer a transfer, credit or another reasonable arrangement at our discretion.

This does not limit any statutory rights you may have.

10. Refund Method

Approved refunds will normally be returned using the original payment method.

Once AIWorkVerse has processed a refund, the time taken for the funds to appear in your account may depend on your bank, card issuer or payment provider.

11. How to Cancel, Transfer or Request a Refund

Cancellation, transfer and refund requests should be made in writing to:

Please include:

  • your name;
  • the email address used for the booking;
  • your booking or order number, if available;
  • the course or workshop name;
  • the scheduled date; and
  • whether you are requesting a cancellation, refund or transfer.

The date on which we receive your request will normally determine which cancellation terms apply.

12. Statutory Rights

This policy provides AIWorkVerse’s standard commercial cancellation arrangements.

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any statutory rights available to you under applicable consumer law.
